## What favowe is

favowe is a hosted web application. You use it in the browser at
favowe.com and can install it as a PWA on phone and desktop. It is not a
browser extension: a companion extension exists for Chrome, Firefox and
Edge, but it only adds one-click saving — the product is the web app.

## What goes in it

- Links, with title, icon, preview image, notes and tags.
- Documents: PDF, images, Markdown, and HTML files that actually run in
  the browser — the summaries, charts and small interactive pages AI
  agents produce live in the same collection as the links they belong to.

## Key facts

Boards with collections and bookmark bars, arranged spatially. Folders
exist and are optional; the overview is the point. Full-text and semantic
search across titles, tags, notes, the saved text of pages and PDFs, and
the spoken words of YouTube videos. Save via the browser extension, the
Android/PWA share menu, a bookmarklet or drag & drop. Private by design:
no trackers, no ads, no public sharing; your browser talks only to favowe.

## AI agent access

- favowe has a built-in MCP server — connect your agent at
  https://mcp.favowe.com/mcp (OAuth login; works with claude.ai, Claude Code,
  ChatGPT developer mode, Cursor and other MCP clients). Your agent can
  search, read saved page content, organize boards, tag, and add bookmarks
  or documents. Included in every plan, free included.
